Champions at Work

Technical Experts and Delegates: Aug. 26 – Sept. 7
13-day package includes:

  • 13 hotel room nights

Tickets for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Activities contained in the packages will be made available to participants buying the hotel packages first. Tickets to some of the events may become available; however, the tickets will be distributed and sold on a proportional basis through member countries depending on remaining availability close to the event. (Note: The Canadian Organizing Committee will sell tickets to the opening and closing ceremonies on a limited basis for people who do not plan to purchase the hotel packages available. The costs are CAD40.00 ($32.04 US) for the OC and CAD30.00 $24.03 US) for the CC. Payment Schedule:

25 percent due by Nov. 15, 2008
50 percent due by Feb. 15, 2009
100 percent due by June 15, 2009

No registrations after June 1, 2009, will be accepted. Those submitting late payments will forfeit the reservation and payments will not be refunded.
