2007 Student2Student Mentoring Contest Winners
Two SkillsUSA chapters have been honored for their efforts in the Student2Student Mentoring Program. The 2007 Grand Prize winner for the Student2Student mentoring contest is The Award of Excellence was presented to A.P. Fatherree/Jones County Vo-Tech in Laurel, Miss. Any chapter involved in mentoring can submit project plans, description and outcomes. This program is open to all SkillsUSA chapters at a secondary or college institution. Chapters must be participating in a mentoring project with local elementary or middle school students. The entire chapter and multiple programs at one school are encouraged to participate in a mentoring program. SkillsUSA membership will be verified.
