NOCTIThe NOCTI Workplace Readiness Assessment evaluates a student's knowledge of the key skills in these target areas. Students who pass the assessment qualify for the SkillsUSA Workplace Readiness Certificate – enabling them to:

  • Provide potential employers with a credential that documents skills and knowledge
  • Earn recognition & certification by achieving measurable, established standards

Those who pass the assesment qualify for the Workplace Readiness Certificate, a value-added credential for students seeking a job or admission to further education.
