Basic Rate applies to commercial firms and private educational institutions.

Discounted Rate applies to non-profits, educational organizations and official sponsors of SkillsUSA. Nonprofit colleges and universities are eligible for the special discount rate of $500 for one 10×10 booth.

*Please schedule sufficient staff to have area packed and moved out by 6 p.m. Any exceptions must be approved by exhibits manager.

Street Exhibit Rate

$4.00/sq. ft. (includes street permits and security)

Food Distribution Policy: *Outdoor Only*

Any paid outdoor exhibitor that wishes to give food/beverage samples away within the paid space is required to pay a $500 fee over and above the space rental. Food samples will be limited to the sample size of 1 oz and beverage size of 3 oz (NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.)

Food may not be for sale.

Vendor is responsible for obtaining the proper food permit and posting all food ingredients for guest with food allergies.

SkillsUSA has final authority for all vendor placement.
