Grand Ballroom- New!/Lobby 2200/2300:
Tuesday, June 21 to Thursday, June 23, 2011
Exhibits open Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Check in & Exhibit Set Up: Monday, June 20, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Street Exhibits:
Tuesday, June 21 to Thursday, June 23, 2011
Exhibits open Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Load in: Sunday, June 19 – Scheduled Times.
Exhibit Set Up: Monday, June 20, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Move Out: Thursday, June 23, 2011 after 4 p.m. –– No Exceptions!

Exhibit Services/Drayage Contractor - The official show decorator is George Fern. Exhibitor's Kits are downloadable here.

Official Hotel Registration Forms - Hotel information will be sent with booth confirmation in January 2011. Hotels can be booked online and instructions are included in exhibitors package, or complete the form and mail to the Kansas City Housing Bureau at the address on the form.

Sales Restriction - Management prohibits the sale of any items on the trade show floor. Vendors must take orders and ship products.
