SkillsUSA Membership Policy

All SkillsUSA members, including professional members, must pay both state and national membership dues. Dues are as follows:
National dues are $8.00 per student and $14.00 per Professional
Iowa state dues are $7.50 per student and $13.00 per Professional.

Members must submit their state registration by February 1, 2009 to be able to compete in the SkillsUSA Championships, run for national office or serve as a national voting delegate. The final national membership deadline is March 1. You may add additional members at any time, through your state deadline.

The membership year runs annually September 1 through August 31 for students, and for one calendar year from the date of enrollment for adults. Services will begin when your membership roster is received. Member benefits include a subscription to SkillsUSA Champions magazine, a membership card and other mailings, along with opportunities for local, state or national competitions, scholarships and honors. Students whose roster is received by Nov. 15 are sent all four issues of the magazine for the year.
